In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Stephanie Sams (Scott), Frankfort; his son Robert Hulker, Frankfort; his step-daughter Andrea Hockensmith (D.J.), Frankfort; his sisters Ann Temple (Sherman), Shelbyville; Vickie Paige (Ballard), OH; Pat Smallwood, IL; Diane Assay (Lawrence); Shelbyville; his brothers John Hulker (Debra), Shelbyville; Danny Hulker (Katherine), Frankfort; Carl Hulker (Cynthia), Shelbyville; his grandchildren Kelsey and Zachary Mullins; and his great granddaughter Skyler Taylor. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held 10:00am Monday, December 19, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Andrew Messenger and Rev. Jim Hitt will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at the funeral home.
