Steve Jackson

Steve Jackson, 73, passed away Wednesday, August 01, 2018. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Steve was born April 27, 1945 to the late James and Marjorie Garrett Jackson. He was the owner of The Vac Shop in Versailles, Kentucky up until his retirement in December of 2017. Though he sold the shop, he continued to work there on Fridays and Saturdays every week. When he wasn’t tinkering with vacuums, he enjoyed watching University of Tennessee football and spending time with his grandchildren. Steve is survived by his children, Elizabeth Yeast, Versailles, Amanda (Ben) Clark, Versailles, Wesley Jackson, Knoxville, TN, and James (Edwina) Jackson, Knoxville, TN; and grandchildren, Hannah, Adam, Kinsley, Rowan, Caroline, Oliver, and Baby Clark. A Memorial Service will be held 2p, Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Versailles Baptist Church.
