Susan K. Jacobs, 62, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019. The wife of Barry Jacobs, Susan was born February 9, 1957 to Harold and Carolyn Haubert Knudsen in Freemont, Ohio.
In addition to her husband, Barry and mother, Carolyn, Susan is survived by her daughters, Sara Jacobs, Owensboro and Elizabeth Jacobs, TN; sisters, Linda Knudsen, OH, Connie Zittnan, IN, and Mary Jo Knudsen, TX; and a brother, William Knudsen, MI.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00a, Saturday, June 15, 2019 at St Leo Catholic Church with Father Dan Noll officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Donations be sent to Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance, PO Box 32141, New York, NY 10087-2141, Bluegrass Ovarian Cancer Support, Inc, PO Box 4404, Midway, KY 40347, or St Leo Catholic Church, Building Fund, 295 Huntertown Rd, Versailles, KY 40383
