Thomas Craig Case

Evansville, IN Thomas Craig Case passed away Oct.21, 2015. He was born in Evansville, Indiana, to parents Gloria D. Case and Donald L. Case (now deceased). He graduated from Tates Creek High School in 1980. Tom arrived in Los Angeles in 1981 from Lexington Ky. He soon began to model for magazines. Tom went on to co-star in feature films. Tom later started his own production company. Tom is survived by his sister, Leslie Forston (Terry), Brother, Donald L. Case JR. (Hassie), Niece, Amy Spindler, Nephew, Taylor Forston, three great nephews and a great niece. He is also survived by his beloved Jack Russell's, Lilly, and Popeye. Tom is also survived by many California friends who became his extended family. Funeral Information A celebration of life will be held at Patchwork Central, in Evansville, Indiana, 100 Washington Ave, from 1:00pm- 3:00pm Saturday November 21, 2015.
