Versailles Obituary VERSAILLES- Vera Florence Gregory Thompson, 91, widow of Roy Thompson, died Saturday, August 24, 2013. She was born on March 14, 1922 to the late Walter and Ida Mae Estill Gregory. Mrs. Thompson was a member of Millville Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Elaine (Joe) Hartman, FL; her son Buford "Butch" (Wanda) Turley, Millville; 4 grandchildren, Jeff and David Hartman, Michael Turley and Darlene Burgess; and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Mark Hartman. Funeral Information Funeral service will be 12:00PM Friday, August 30, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. with Rev. Jeff Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Crest Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Jeff Hartman, Michael Turley, Tom Burgess, Alex Burgess, David Turley and Shirley Caudle. Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
