Lexington Vickie D.Louallen, 54, died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born July 9, 1960 in Rockford, Illinois to Dewey Edward and Billie Hawks Bozarth, Sr. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Tarah M. Conyers, Tiffany Louallen and Heather Holt; 1 son, Simon Louallen; sister, Verna (Charles) McDowell; brother, Dewey Edward (Laura) Bozarth, Jr.; grandchildren, Delaina Holt and Ella Holt; 4 nieces and nephews, Kassie, Elizabeth, Jason and David; great nieces and nephews, Tyler, Stephen, Layton, CJ, Kourtney and Heather. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Terry E. Louallen. Funeral Information Visitation will be 11am-1pm, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral will follow at 1pm. Pastor Dave Smith will be conducting the service. Burial will be at 2:30pm, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Lexington, Kentucky.
