Wheeler Roger "Chip" Boone Jr

Lexington, Kentucky Wheeler Roger "Chip" Boone, Jr., of Lexington, KY passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014. He was the beloved son of Joan Lewis Boone and Wheeler "Bunny" Boone. Chip was born on March 10, 1965 and lived in Lexington, KY and Stuart, FL. He graduated from Henry Clay H.S. in 1980 and played on the 1979 Blue Devils Sate Champion Football team. He attended Sullivan University, The University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University. He is survived by his children, Nick Harris and Caitlyn Harris of Apopka, Florida; brother, Jonathan Bain; sisters, Carolyn Crow, Sherry Price, Beverly Marye, Dianne Boone Fields, of Lexington and Laura "Jodi" Pramuk of Gresham, Oregon. Funeral Information A celebration of life will be held from 2-5 pm, Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Those who wish to say a few words may do so between 3-4 pm.
