William Flinchum, 75, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018. He was born on May 15, 1943 to the late Love and Emma Mays Flinchum in Hamilton, OH. Mr. Flinchum retired from Ruggles Sign Company in Versailles. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Flinchum, Nicholasville; his sister, Viola Sumler, AZ; and his brother Robert Flinchum, Lexington. No services are planned at this time.
