Willie Mae Barbour

Willie Mae Bailey Barbour, 95, widow of Garland Barbour, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018. A native of Shelby County, Kentucky, she was born September 27, 1922 to the late William and Hallie Barbour Bailey. Willie Mae is survived by her children, Anita S. Grayson, Bradenton, FL, Donald (Karen) Carpenter, Shelbyville, and Ron (Katie) Carpenter, Frankfort; a daughter in law, Carol Wainscott Carpenter, OH; and numerous grandchildren and extended family members. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Carpenter. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00a, Friday, April 27, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Frankfort. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00a, also on Friday, in the Fellowship Hall at Living Waters Church, 5425 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville, with a luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Renovation Fund for Living Waters Church, 5425 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville.
