Robert Martin DeGroat

Robert DeGroat passed away peacefully on October 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and the memories he created throughout his life.

Robert was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose kindness, strength, and steady presence touched all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his surviving children, Brian DeGroat, Denise DeGroat, and Theresa Taylor.

He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Brian DeGroat, Lori DeGroat, Robert DeGroat, Christina DeGroat, Breanna Anderson, Ricky Anderson, Bradley Taylor, and Samantha Taylor, along with multiple great-grandchildren who will continue to carry his memory forward.

Robert will be remembered for the love he shared with his family, the guidance he gave through the years, and the lasting impact he made on those closest to him. His legacy lives on in the generations of family who loved him dearly.
