Wanda Marie Kenney

Wanda Marie Kenney, 75, of Salem, Oregon, went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2026. May Wanda’s soul rest in eternal peace knowing the comfort of God’s presence. Born on May 24, 1951, in Longview, Washington, Wanda was the daughter of the late Charles Stevens and Katherine Stevens. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, James Howard Kenney, with whom she shared 46 years of marriage. She is now reunited with him once again, at peace together at last. There was always a twinkle in Wanda's eye - a sign that something funny or a little mischievous was not far behind. Her humor was quick and her heart was soft. She had a genuine appreciation for the world and people around her, and she cherished her family above all else. Wanda never knew a stranger, and she found real joy in a good meal, a good drink, and good company. Wanda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and James Roberts; her siblings, Brenda Guy, Margaret Guerrero, Doug Stevens, and Chuck Stevens.; her grandchildren, Denali Roberts Willis and McKayla Roberts; as well as several siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, and loving family members. A Mass in honor of Wanda will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1010 Columbia St NE, Salem, OR 97301, on July 18, 2026, at 9:00AM.
