Linda Kay Foesch
Sep 8, 1940 — Sep 1, 2026
Linda Kay Foesch was born in Monroe Wisconsin on September 8, 1940 and passed away peacefully leaving behind a legacy of strength, perseverance, and unconditional love.
Linda was the proud mother of four children, Mark (Kim), Brian (Cheryl) Robert (Kathleen), and Diana; along with her grandchildren Jack, Megan, Jason and Sean. As a single parent she devoted her life to raising her children with determination and grace, often without significant financial resources. Through hard work, sacrifice, and unshakable commitment to her family she provided her children with love, stability, and the values that would guide them throughout their lives.
A true farm girl at heart, Linda embodied the virtues of hard work, self reliance, and practicality. She was never one to seek luxury for herself, choosing instead to put her family first. Her frugal nature was not born of necessity alone, but character. She understood the value of honest work and the importance of making the most of what one had.
Throughout her working years, Linda held several occupations that reflected her caring nature and strong work ethic. She provided daycare for local children, she later worked as a dental assistant before transitioning into insurance claims processing where she spent many years until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edna Foulker; her brother, Richard Foulker, and her sister, Sandra Bilgri. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever honored of rate remarkable women she was.
“A life of hard work, humility, and devotion leaves a legacy that never fades."
