Robi Lynne Potter
Sep 4, 1962 — Aug 23, 2026
Robi Lynne Potter, 63, passed away peacefully just after midnight on August 23, 2026, in Clackamas, Oregon, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Hermiston, Oregon, Robi lived a happy and active life centered around the things that mattered most to her: family, faith, friends, laughter, and making memories with the people she loved.
Robi dedicated 31 years to the City of Portland, beginning her career in parking enforcement and eventually retiring from Parks and Recreation Department.
Robi is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; her sons, Lawrence and Aaron, and their wives, Liz and Laurie; her mother-in-law, Claudia; her sister, Tina; her brother, Bob; her nine grandchildren (Brianna, Lauralynn, Phoenix, Jason, Brisonna, Noah, Dimitri, Samantha, and Johnny); and many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. And we can’t forget her devoted dogs Murphy, Pumpkin, and Mia.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte; her father, Jack; her sister, Arla; brother-in-law, Kurt; and the dog that stole her heart and turned her into a ‘Dog Mom’, Duke.
Saying goodbye came far too soon. She fought hard. She loved deeply. She laughed often. She was a mom to us all and she will be missed beyond words.
In accordance with Robi’s wishes, she will be cremated. Her family plans to hold a memorial service to gather together, celebrate her life, share memories, and honor the joy she brought to so many.
Memorial services are October 3, 2026 @ 12:00noon at Easthill Family Church, Gresham, OR. All are welcome to attend.
