Sandra Lee Geraghty

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Lee Geraghty. She passed on August 17, 2026, at the age of 85.

Born June 9, 1941, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Sandra was the beloved daughter of Ernest and Selma Harless.

She met and later married Edward Geraghty on September 11, 1959, in San Diego, California. Together, they shared 55 beautiful years until his passing in 2015. They were blessed with four children. Although preceded in death by her husband Edward and son Michael, Sandra's soul lives on through her surviving daughters Beverly, Deborah, and Tracy.

Mother to 4, grandmother to 18, and a proud great-grandmother to 11.

Sandra's professional life was as varied and fulfilling as her personal one. She served with grace and efficiency as the office manager for several parish churches over the years. She was also a successful business owner. Her commitment to her community was evident not only in her work but also in her active involvement with her local Catholic Church.

She enjoyed sailing in San Diego and San Francisco bays. Over the years, she, Eddie and friends took several trips to the British Virgin Islands, where they sailed to their hearts content.

She enjoyed golfing with her husband and friends.

She loved entertaining and was an accomplished gourmet cook. Testing recipes on her young family, much to her children’s discontent.

A funeral service to celebrate Sandra's life will be held on September 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Cyril Catholic Church, located at 9205 SW Fifth Street, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070.

The Geraghty family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Sandra's many friends who offered their support and love throughout her life. Your kindness and friendship were treasured by Sandra, and you each held a special place in her heart.

In remembering Sandra, let us celebrate a life well-lived, a woman deeply loved, and a legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know her.
