Charles (Chuck) Nicholas Baskett

Charles N Baskett was born on December 31, 1957 in Midland, WA to Charles And Monica Baskett.

He graduated from Franklin Pierce High School in 1976.

Chuck met the love of his life, Candy, while showing cows at the Pierce County Fair. Their love story grew from there, and they were married on July 7, 1979, sharing many wonderful years together.

Chuck spent his career working in the lumber industry, beginning at the family business, Baskett Lumber, and continuing to work in lumber mills throughout the area for the rest of his life. He was known for his strong work ethic, and quiet strength.

Above all else, Chuck loved his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with the people he cared about most.

He is survived by his sons Nathan and Cody(Karleigh) Baskett, sister Carol Ann Richburg, brothers Chris, Craig(Peggy), Curt(Kristine) Baskett, Mother inlaw, Monalee Cope and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He is predeceased by his wife Candy and his parents Charles and Monica Baskett.

A celebration of his life will be held at the eagles hall Sunday May 17th at 2pm
