Donald Ralph Green

Donald R. Green, 84, of Bellevue, Washington, passed away on September 11, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, adventure, and love.

Don was born in Shelton, Washington, and was raised by parents Ralph and Narcissa Green, along with siblings Annette, Pat, Bill, and Mike.

Don was a businessman by profession, but those who knew him remember him for so much more. He had an undeniable passion for boating, being on the water, fishing, traveling, and most of all, being with his wife, stepchildren, grandchildren, extended family, friends, and many others while simply enjoying life.

He spent many unforgettable years exploring the Pacific Northwest by boat, taking in the beauty of the ocean he loved so much. When the seasons changed, he traded the sea for the sand, enjoying many memorable winters in the desert.

Don was a strong man of many colors-a true character who lived life fully, loved deeply, and kept those around him laughing until the very end. He was known for being a little sarcastic at times, and his quick wit was very much a part of who he was. But behind the humor was a massive heart. Over the years he learned to laugh, love, and give feely to the people who mattered most to him.

Most of all, Don loved his people. He treasured his wife, Kellie, stepchildren Jessica and Melissa, his many grandchildren, extended family, and friends. His beloved dogs, Casey and Billy, were also an important part of his life and brought him great companionship and happiness.

Don lived life on his own terms, with a big personality, a sense of adventure, a sharp sense of humor, and a huge heart. He loved his life, he loved his people, and he was funny right up until the end.

He will be deeply missed, but the stories, laughter, adventures, and memories he created will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
