Charlotte Rae Cunningham

Charlotte Rae Cunningham, of Bonney Lake, Washington walked into heaven on April 18, 2026, at the age of 81.

Charlotte was born on June 10, 1944, in Emanual Hospital of Portland to Albert and Ethel Frazier, and graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in Portland OR in1962.

She was married in 1964, had two daughters, and was remarried in 1975.

She loved being a wife, stay-at-home mom, and homemaker. She was very active in her local church, King of Kings Lutheran, for decades and helped and served her community often via visits to elderly, food pantry, meals on wheels, etc.

After her children were raised, she worked for 15 years with Oregon Eye Care / EHNW and retired in 2005.

Her husband passed away in 2021 and then she moved to Bonney Lake, WA to be closer to her girls and her grandchildren. There, she joined a community of seniors at Cedar Ridge, where she loved socializing and playing games.

Charlotte is survived by her two children, Lori (Michelle Woods) and Vicki Renee Garrison, her three beautiful grandchildren; Jessica Renee DosSantos, Sarah Elizabeth Decker, and Christopher James Woods; her delightful great-grandson Zane Andrew Decker, and her first

husband Howard Raymond Garrison.
