Glenn L. Babcock, 84 of North Port, FL passed away June 13, 2008. Glenn was born December 17, 1923 in Hinckley, OH the son of the late Glenn and Lilia (Hurd) Babcock. Glenn was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 15 out of Tampa. Glenn is survived by three sons, Donald of Osprey, FL, Jerry of Sarasota, FL and Richard of Port Charlotte, FL, one daughter, Barbara Kirk of North Port, FL, seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Inurnment will be held on Friday, June 20, 2008, 10:00 AM at Restlawn Memorial Park in Port Charlotte. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, Fl 34238.
