Laurie Barker Coe, 52, of North Port died January 29, 2007. She was born November 26, 1954 in North Miami Beach, FL and has been a local resident for 16 sixteen years. She was a freelance photojournalist. She was a North Port Art Guild Board Member. Survivors include her children: Blake Alexander and Alexandra Noelle and her parents, George and Dorothy Barker, all of North Port. A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Farley Funeral Home, North Port Chapel. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the North Port Area Art Guild, 12739 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287. Friends may visit anytime online at www.farleyfuneralhome.com to sign a guest register book and to extend condolences to the family.
