Thomas (Tom) Peter Herrera age 59 of Denver Colorado caring Father; Grandfather; Brother; Uncle was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday December 7, 2021 surrounded by his children. Thomas was born on February 12, 1962 son to Joseph Thomas Herrera and Florinda Quintana. Thomas worked for The Colorado Department Of Transportation for 21 years and retired May 2021. He will be dearly missed by all, but his spirit lives in each and every soul that he came in contact with. He is survived by daughter Desiree (Rogelio) Hernandez, son Thomas Herrera II, daughter Alicia Herrera; sisters Josephine Rios, Shirley Herrera; grandchildren Destiny, Jason, Angel, Serenity, Jovan, Alexis; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is proceeded in death by his father Joseph Thomas Herrera, Mother Florinda Quintana, and sister Elizabeth Ann Dominguez. Services to be held on December 30, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Parish; 3801 W Ohio Ave, Denver Co 80219. Viewing to begin at 11:00am followed by services at 12:00pm. Procession will begin after services; followed by Burial and Presentation of Colors at 2:15pm held at Ft. Logan National Cemetery; 4400 W Kenyon Ave Denver, CO 80236.
