Pat Dennis Causey entered into her heavenly home March 12, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband Pastor Robert F. Causey. Born in Great Falls, SC, she was the daughter of the late Reverend Archie and Mattie Dennis. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and pianist. She spent many years in the ministry as a Pastors kid then Pastors wife. She touched the lives of many children as director of Providence CDC. She was well-known for her loving personality and phenomenal ability to play the piano. Her “open door” policy gave her the opportunity to give several nieces, nephews and friends a place to call “home”. She was the loving mother of son, Steve Causey (Angela) of Andrews, daughters Cherri Talton (Robbie), Cassie Wilson (Billy); grandchildren Stephen Causey (Amber), Megan Patrick (Shawn), Caleb Talton, Joshua Talton (Meghan Crumpton), Skylar Talton, Corey Frye, and Brandyn Martin; great-grandchildren, Trace, Addalyn, Lane, Lilly Kate, Larsyn, Chloe, and Imber; sister, Sandra Guerry (Elwood), brother, Al Dennis. She is also survived by a large number of loving extended family. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Cleon Dennis. A special thank you to Janet Garrick and Cassandra and the Palladium Hospice team that provided excellent care and services to our mother. We also extend our gratitude to special friends Melinda Huff, Janice Tillman and Robin Hall for the loving care and support each of them provided.
