Linda Mae Haigler

Linda Mae Haigler, 61, of Summerville, SC died after a long and brave battle with Cancer, Tuesday October 19, 2021 at the Trident Medical Center, Charleston. Born September 20, 1960 in Oklahoma City, OK, and growing up in Ladson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Mary Bell (Hunt) Reed. She was the beloved wife of 17 years to Christopher W. Haigler of Summerville. A 1979 graduate of Berkeley High School and a faithful member of Maranatha Baptist Church, Moncks Corner, SC. She was a past employee of Cooper River Recycling, Standard Warehouse, and Sunbelt Marketing. In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by a daughter, Natalie G. Haigler of Ladson, two brothers, Thomas J. Reed, Sr. (Deana) of Summerville, SC, and Joseph E. Reed, Jr. (Robin) of N. Charleston, one sister, Rose Mary (Reed) Pavlovich, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Linda will be sadly missed by her family, friends and four legged babies The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Maranatha Baptist Church, 430 N. Mano St., Moncks Corner, SC. The visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial, 281 Treeland Dr. Suite E, Ladson and one hour prior to the service at the church Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to a local No Kill Animal Shelter of your choice.
