Joseph B. Higgins-Turner, 14, of Fultonville, NY passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday evening, April 24, 2012 with his loving family by his side. The son of Faith B. Moore and Karl S. Higgins-Turner he was born in Upland, Pennsylvania on April 1, 1998. Joseph and his family relocated to Fultonville from Delaware in 2005. He was a happy and strong boy, and very positive force to his family and friends. Joseph enjoyed listening to music. His loving family includes his mother, Faith B. Moore, father, Karl S. Higgins-Turner, brother Alexander S. Higgins-Turner, Grandmother Marie Moore of Fultonville, Aunt Cindy Moore of London, England, Great Aunt Marilyn Moore of Phoenix, AZ, Great Uncle Harold Moore of Fultonville, and great cousins Brian Moore, Cynthia Moore, Steven & Sandy Moore and Robin & David Gardner. Several friends and his Caring Bridge family also survive. Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday evening, April 30, 2012 from 4PM until 7 PM at the Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, 15 Main Street Fultonville, NY 12072. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 10 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Pediatric Advanced Care Team, 3400 Civic Center Blvd, Suite 11 NW 90, Philadelphia, PA 19104 or to a charity of one's choice.
