**Obituary for Drew Anthony Bartlett** It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Drew Anthony Bartlett, who departed this life on July 5, 2024, at the age of 91 in Lakeland, Florida. Drew was born on December 18, 1932, in Los Angeles, California, and lived a life marked by dedication, service, and a fine sense of humor. Drew was a devoted husband to Marjorie Bartlett, with whom he shared 68 wonderful years of marriage. He was a cherished father to his sons, Richard Bartlett, Randall Bartlett, and Anthony Bartlett. Drew proudly served his country in the United States Navy, including a tour in Vietnam from 1965 to 1966. After his military service, he became an airline pilot for Eastern Airlines, where he flew the skies for 14 years. His career took a magical turn when he joined Walt Disney World, bringing joy and wonder to countless families for 25 years until his retirement in 2015. A man of many talents and interests, Drew was known for his love of playing golf, flying, and painting. He had a knack for home and craft projects and was always eager to learn new things, such as computers. His fine sense of humor and handy nature made him beloved by many. A ceremony to honor Drew's memory will be held at the American Legion Post 8, located at 300 Ave M NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881, on August 3, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Drew Anthony Bartlett's legacy of service, joy, and humor continues to live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His life was a testament to dedication and the joy of learning and creativity.
