Born on July 23, 1946, in Amsterdam, a daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth (Allen) Wall.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Arthur Schrell and daughter, Natalie Schrell. Peggy was predeceased by her son, Scott Schrell.
A private burial for Peggy will be held at the convenience of the family at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
