Paul R Eells

It is with great sadness that the family of Paul R Eells announce his passing on 10/11/2024 born 1/7/1943 in Philadelphia. Paul lived in Philadelphia until he was 12 years old and then the family moved to Broomall, PA. He graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School and took many college courses.

Paul had a passion for working on cars and for a time made his living as a mechanic. Upon moving to Florida in 1984 he worked for U-Haul where he worked his way up from Customer Service Representative to Executive Assistant to the Market Company President. Paul also worked part time at the Saint Petersburg Times Newspaper for many years.

Paul did not have much free time with working two jobs, but when he did have free time he loved the beach and could stay there all day. He also liked to go fishing with the boys. His favorite sports team was the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of all he loved cruising. Louise and he had many wonderful times on the big ships.

Paul was the beloved husband of Louise (Conway), father of Paul Jr (Tresa), daughter Theresa, also father of Brian (Melissa), Andrew (Christine), Michael (Celeste), daughter in law Colleen. Grandchildren 13. Great grandchildren 3. Brother Walter (Bety). Proceeded in death by his parents, son George, brother David, and sister Jane Alyce.

Paul will be dearly missed by everyone who loves him.

Mass will be held on October 26, 2024 at 11AM at Holy Family Catholic Church located at 200 78th Avenue N.E., St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
