Eulogio Velazquez Rodriguez,84, of Syracuse passed away on Friday, December 6th., with his family by his side. Calling hours will be from, 10AM to 12PM on Friday, December 13th at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home 4612 S. Salina St. Syracuse, New York 13205. A funeral service will be at the funeral home at 12PM followed by burial in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
