**Obituary for Brenda Ruiz Neel** In loving memory of Brenda Ruiz Neel, who departed this world on December 9, 2023, at the age of 65 in North Shore, California. Born on February 27, 1958, in El Paso, Texas, Brenda's life was a tapestry woven with kindness, generosity, and ambition. Her loyalty was a beacon to those who cherished her presence. Brenda possessed an enviable passion for crafts, often spending countless hours creating pieces that brought joy to those around her. Her generous spirit shone brightly in her dedication to helping at charity events, where her compassionate nature touched countless lives. Her contributions to these causes mirrored the depth of her character and the sincerity of her heart. Brenda's life will be honored with a memorial service on December 11, at 7 PM, followed by a cremation service on December 12, at 1 PM. During these ceremonies, those who loved her will gather to reflect on the indelible marks she left on their hearts and the world around her. Though words can scarcely capture the fullness of Brenda's life, her traits of kindness, ambition, and unwavering loyalty remain as her enduring legacy. As the memories of Brenda unfurl in the hearts of those she touched, her spirit continues to inspire the pursuit of compassion and the joy of giving. May her soul find eternal peace, and may her memory forever be a blessing.
