David Hamilton Quates was born on July 8, 1979 in Monroe, North Carolina to Betty Lunsford and Lamar Quates. He returned to his Heavenly Father on May 30, 2023 where he was reunited with his father, brother Ronnie, and oldest son. He is survived by his children David, Amber and Patelynn. His grandson Luke.
"Small fry" worked as a painter for most of his life and loved his job. Family was most important to David
He never wanted to be the center of attention and requested no big service. There will be a small celebration of life for family held at the family home of David and Brandi.
