Mr. Raul Malave Perez, age 53, a resident of Auburndale, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Lakeland Regional surrounded by family. Mr. Perez was born December 18, 1971, in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Raul E. and Marianna (Perez) Malave. He was an Auburndale resident since 2001 coming from Puerto Rico. Raul was the Owner/Operator of a local Trucking Company and was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed the outdoors, socializing and loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents. Raul is survived by his loving family, 2 sons – Raul Malave Rentas of Auburndale & Raulin Malave of Tampa; daughter – Danairi Malave of Auburndale; brother – Joey (Emy) Malave of Brandon; 2 sisters – Sylvia (Ariel) Malave & Amarilys Malave both of Texas; mother of his children – Dania Rentas of Auburndale and grandchild – Jowell. Funeral services will be held 5pm Tuesday, May 20th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 4pm at the funeral home.
