Connie Rose Perrin, also known as Constance Rose Reynolds, 85, of Yuba City, CA, passed away July 14, 2025, at The Pines in Rocklin , CA.
Born in Springfield, MO, to Robert and Luvena Reynolds, she was a Yuba Sutter resident for 80 years.
She attended local Sutter County schools and graduated from Biggs High School. She worked as a legal secretary for Robert and Seth Millington, Gridley attorneys, for 8 years.
When her children, Tara Perrin-Preus and Mindy Perrin were born, she retired to be a stay at home mom.
She was active for many years with the Mothers' Club at Central Gaither School, even beyond the years her children attended. She received her 20 year Pin for participating as a leader with the Tudor 4-H Club and its activities.
She was a member and attended the Littlejohn Road Church of Christ in Yuba City, CA, since 1970, acting as a resource contact for the elderly who needed legal and financial help. She also helped her husband in his duties as he served the congregation as an Elder.
She married Donald R. Perrin on April 11, 1958, and they have a family walnut farm in Dingville, CA, where they raised their two Children.
She later worked and retired as Human Resources Manager for Spherion at Hewlett Packard in Roseville, CA.
She loved reading and music and enjoyed extensive traveling and participation in the community.
She enjoyed attending all activities involving her two grandsons, Charles Jacob "Jake" Preus, and Taylor James Preus. She delighted in anything they did.
She is survived by her husband, of 67 years, of Yuba City, CA; daughter, Tara Perrin-Preus, of Yuba City, CA; son-in-law, Charles M. Preus Jr., of Yuba City, CA; daughter, Mindy Perrin, of Los Angeles, CA; grandson, Charles Jacob Preus, of Yuba City, CA; grandson, Taylor James Preus of San Diego, CA; brother, Robert Reynolds, of Sacramento,CA,; brother, Ted Reynolds, of Folsom, CA; sister, Carolyn Sue Porter, of Reno, NV; and lifelong friend, Delpha Teague, of Forest Grove, OR.
Visitation will be at Ullrey's Funeral Home, at 817 Almond St., Yuba City, CA, on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Services will be on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11 AM also at the chapel. Private burial will follow at Sutter Cemetery.
