Victoria Grove Childs passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025. She was 79 years old.
She was born on October 3, 1945 in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Joseph Edward Childs and Romola Lendrem Childs. She graduated from Wade Hampton High School in 1963. She attended Lenoir-Rhyne University. She devoted her life to caregiving for the elderly and to children. She enjoyed reading spiritual novels. In her youth, she enjoyed hiking at Paris Mountain State Park and Furman University.
She is predeceased by her sister, Deborah Joanne Childs.
She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Lendrem Childs and multiple nieces and nephews.
