William was born on June 21, 1926 in Washington DC. He graduated from King’s Point Merchant Marine Academy. In 1949 he married Evelyn Cooley. He was employed as a Special Agent for the FBI for 27 years. After his career with the FBI he was employed by the Oregon State Criminal Investigation Division for PGE and he also did security for the Portland Trailblazers for 11 seasons. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn in 2007, and his daughter Susan Morris ofAustin,Texas. He is survived by his daughters Donna Stubbs of Lakeview, OR, Linda Newman of Houston, TX, and his brother LeeRoy Kusch of Florida.
