Wayne Dion Bullard passed away in Jackson, CA, on July 15, 2025, at the age of 53. He was born on November 28, 1971, in Sacramento, CA, to the late Frederick and Suzanne (Deppner) Bullard.

Wayne was known for his larger-than-life personality, infectious laugh, and deep love for the outdoors. He was passionate about ranching, working cattle, riding horses, and operating heavy equipment — a true cowboy at heart. He made friends everywhere he went and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need.

Wayne is survived by his children, Trevor Bullard and Shelbie Bullard; his beloved Jody Bullard; and 6 siblings.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jennifer, and several other close family members.

A private graveside service took place at Latrobe Cemetery. A public celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the Laughton Ranch Event Center in Jackson, beginning at 11:00 am.
