Daniel Michael Dych, 67, of Golden Valley AZ, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025 at his home in Golden Valley AZ.
Born February 4, 1958 in Warren, MI, Dan was the beloved first child of Daniel and Theresa. He graduated from Fitzgerald High School and went on to work as a machinist and business owner for 30 years. Beyond work, Dan dedicated time to his friends and family, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.
In his free time, Dan loved travel, cars and spending time on his 160 acre property in the mountains of Arizona. He will be remembered for his outgoing and fun nature as well as being the favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a grandpa to his granddaughter Lincoln.
He is survived by his wife Teresa, sons Bryan (Missy Alexander) and Zachary (Violet), father Daniel, and sisters Debbie (Reuben) Viera, Caroline (John) Stabile, and Amy (Ron) Perfetto, stepchildren Lisa (Jermaine), Emma, Tom, three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dan was preceded in death by his mother Theresa and sister Kathy (Greg) Masson.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday November 7 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Rd., Sterling Heights, MI, where friends and family will gather to share stories and honor a life well-lived
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Project NICU, Tunnels to Towers Foundation and St Jude, in honor of Daniel Dych.
Dan will be deeply missed and forever remembered for a larger than life, passionate and welcoming spirit, a loyal friend, and a proud devotion to family.
