Jacqueline A. Fitzgerald-Zook, 66 of Syracuse passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025. She was a life-long resident of Syracuse, NY. She was a dedicated nurse for many years working at local hospitals.
She is predeceased by her husband, Timothy Zook.
Jacqueline is survived by her four children; Erin (Jenny) Fitzgerald, Eric Fitzgerald, Patrick Fitzgerald and Shawna Fitzgerald; eleven grandchildren; Amber Lynn, Deondra, Jade, Kerri Ann, Thomas, Gavin, Alysa, Logan, Xavier, Kyran, Daenerys, Adalynn; three great grandchildren, Trevor, Mason and Olivia; three siblings, Howard Lockwood, Roxanne Lockwood and Clifton Lockwood; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 10AM-12PM at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Syracuse, NY. Services will follow at 12PM. Burial will be at Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
