James "Jim" Pierce
November 6th, 1938 - October 15th, 2025
James(Jim) Pierce was born November 6, 1938 in Berkeley County and passed away October 15, 2025. He was the oldest of four siblings. He had two sisters, Ruth and Rebecca, and one brother Edward. Jim was always proud of his military service in the United States Air Force. He was an atomic veteran, meaning he was an eye witness to the above ground testing of nuclear weapons while stationed in Las Vegas during the 1950's.
He was an accomplished electrician and worked on several large scale construction projects across the United States. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing until his health no longer allowed him to. He was predeceased by his wife Margaret, whose daughter Kim and daughter in law Anita cared for him in his final years; sister Rebecca and is survived by his sister Ruth and brother Edward.
