John Taylor Braddock
September 5th, 1934 - October 22nd, 2025
John "Jack" Taylor Braddock, a long term resident of Tucson, Arizona, and a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 22, 2025 at the age of 91. He was born in Washington State on September 5, 1934.
Jack spent his entire career in the beer, wine, and liquor wholesale business, where he was highly regarded and well-respected by colleagues throughout the industry. He started in the family business with the Odom Corporation and worked his way to the top as President of the Odom Corporation from 1982 to 1988, finishing his career as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Golden Eagle Distributors in Tucson, Arizona. Jack was a proud graduate of the University of Arizona in 1956 and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and a proud member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds.
Outside of work, Jack was a family man, an avid golfer, and a dedicated sports enthusiast. He could often be found on the local greens or passionately cheering on his favorite teams. He will be remembered by all who knew him for his keen wit, loyalty, and deep commitment to his family and the Tucson community.
Jack's greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Dorothy Fillo Braddock, and was a cherished father to his only son, John Edward Braddock. He was a loving father-in-law to Nancy Braddock, and a proud grandfather to Ashton Braddock and Hayden Braddock.
