Amanda L. Allen
August 9th, 1988 - October 21st, 2025
Amanda L. Allen, aged 37, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Amanda was a caring and generous soul who often put the needs of others—and her beloved animals—before her own. She had a playful and silly side, always ready with a practical joke, a trait she lovingly inherited from her mother.
Amanda was a truly unique individual, accepting, compassionate, and welcoming to people from all walks of life. Her deep knowledge and love of animals, both wild and domestic, made her wish she was born on a farm.
She worked with jewelry, finding joy and pride in her role as the Pandora Specialist at Jared, and later as the LeVian Associate at JC Penney. Her ultimate dream, however, was to work with marine animals.
Amanda’s greatest life accomplishment was the selfless love and devotion she showed to her family. She cared for her mother through difficult times, staying by her side until her passing, and later took custody of her younger sister, Kaylee—a testament to her strength and compassion.
Amanda will be remembered for her boundless kindness, her love for family, friends, and even strangers, and of course, her unmistakably loud and joyful voice—her very own “built-in megaphone.” She proudly carried the “Allen talkative gene.”
A former cheerleader, Amanda cherished supporting her niece and younger sister in their own cheerleading journeys, creating posters and decorations for their competitions. She also found great joy walking her beloved Cane Corso, Marley, especially through wooded trails and parks.
Amanda is survived by her father, Richard Allen; her grandfather, Richard D. Allen; her sisters, Misty and Kaylee; her nephew, James, and niece, Ava. She was predeceased by her mother, Beth Ann, and grandmother, Rose Marie Allen.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
