Jeffrey "Jeff" Aaron Rex
March 8th, 1970 - October 23rd, 2025
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7
Jeff was known for his unwavering positivity and ability to find light in life’s most difficult moments. Even in the midst of pain and struggle, he chose to focus his heart and mind on God, his family and friends, and the hope of healing. Since 2014, he courageously fought a rare cancer—hemangiopericytoma—with grace and strength.
Jeff is lovingly remembered by his children: Dylan Rex with daughter-in-law Marie, Parker Rex, and Rachel with son-in-law Darren Macias. He is also survived by their mother, Kim Rex. His mother, Joette Marie Rex, and siblings Noelle Olpin, April Rex, Precia Tatum, Spencer Rex, Adam Rex, and Austin Rex; along with Missy Trandahl Nelson, Pamela Trandahl, and Amy Trandahl Lipski share deeply in this loss. Jeff joins his father, Jeffrey Haycock Rex, and his brother, Jared Rex, who passed before him.
