In Loving Memory of Erinia ‘Red’ Brown February 6, 1947 – November 3, 2025
Erinia was born in Bellflower, California, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on November 3, 2025. Her journey took her from California to New Mexico, then Florida, before settling in Albuquerque with her beloved husband, Lyle.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Lyle Brown; children Shannon Eaton, Tracy Walenciak, Sheila May, Melinda Contreras, Chenelle Brown, and Gene Brown III; brother, David Owens; grandchildren Skyler, Savannah, Tierney, Jason, Dante, Kyle, Zipporah, Alicia, Dorian, Indica, Sabbath, Zyan, and Saphire; and seven great-grandchildren, as well as several cousins, nieces and a nephew.
Erinia will be remembered for her tenacity, her beautiful smile, heavenly singing voice, and the love she gave so freely to family and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, 12pm-2pm at Riverside Funeral Home 225 San Mateo Blvd NE Alb, NM.
