Sharon B. Suchocki, 74 of Amsterdam, NY passed away at home on November 8, 2025. Born on September 28, 1951, in Stamford, NY to the late Pete and Ellen Hamm. Sharon, whom was referred to as “Ma” by all that loved her attended school in Jefferson, NY and Married Victor Suchocki II in 1973. Sharon enjoyed her family and friends and spent her life as a home maker. Sharon was known to always lend a helping hand to anyone in need and often opened her home to anyone that needed a hot meal, cup of coffee and a friend.

 

Sharon was predeceased by her husband Victor Suchocki II and her life partner of over 30 years Charles Fuerst.

 

Sharon is survived by her two sons Victor Suchocki III (Marianne) of Fonda, NY, and Lawrence (Spike) Hamm of Amsterdam, NY. A daughter Charlee Fuerst of Amsterdam, NY, two grandson, Mason Suchocki of Fonda, NY and Zack Hamm of Amsterdam, NY. And several “kids” that she opened her home to over the years. 

 

The family has chosen to honor Sharon’s life privately at this time. Though no formal services will be held a celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
