Ronald Goodman

  Ronald “Ron” Goodman 54 of Summerville, South Carolina passed away on November 10 after brief, hard fought battle with cancer 

  Ron was born on March 11, 1971 in Florence, South Carolina to Cecil Goodman and Shirley Myers

  Ron was the proud owner of Goodman’s Electrical Services in Summerville, South Carolina. He cared for his customers like his own family and was always willing to help anyone. 

  Ron was the loving husband of Ashley Phillips Goodman, of the home, they had 18 wonderful years together, he cared for Ashley with deep love and affection.

   In addition to his cherished wife Ashley, he is survived by his mother Shirley Myers Goodman, and two daughters, Shelly Goodman and Kelly Goodman of Florence, South Carolina. Four stepchildren Jeffrey  Merriman, Carleigh Merriman Sipes, Wesley Phillips and Emilee Phillips. He was the grandfather of five grandchildren, Junious Brown, Kyana Brown, Shanique Brown. He lovingly raised two grandsons Timothy “Chuck” Phillips and Hank “Jowels” Phillips as his own. His sister, Tonya Adkinson, and brother-in-law Shane Atkinson of Darlington, South Carolina. He especially loved his mother in law who he referred to as “Maw” Vivian Hemphill Farley.  Special cousin Junior Taylor, and his wife, Judy Taylor of Pageland, South Carolina. And close friends Timmy Phillips, John Bowen, and Tony  Davis in addition many loved aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews. 

  He was pre-deceased by father, Cecil Goodman, and younger brother Daniel Goodman.
