Kathleen (Kathy) Marie Taylor Perry passed away on November 7, 2025 in Mesa, Arizona. Kathy was born on December 18, 1948 in Mesa, Arizona to Alma R Taylor, Jr and Elaine Branham Taylor. She grew up in the Lehi neighborhood and graduated from Westwood High School in 1967. After her graduation, she attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. 

Kathy met her future husband, Mabry W Perry, at a church dance at the Mezona. They married on July 11, 1970 in the Mesa, Arizona Temple. She loved to sing, and always sang in the ward choir while her health permitted. She even got her husband and some of her children to join her. She also volunteered at the local elementary schools for several years.

Kathy was a very kind and loving woman, who always had a smile for everyone, especially her family. She is survived by her husband Mabry Perry and their children: Mabry Perry, Jr, Alan Perry, Angela Perry, June Rich, John Perry, and Paul Perry. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Brendan Mauck, Hailey Mauck, Rose Rich, Lily Rich, Juliet "Isaac" Rich, and Katelyn Rich, and by her brothers and sisters: Alma R (Peggy) Taylor III, Nancy (Bob) Backus, Betty (Calvin) Fife, Jerald (Maggie) Taylor, and Larry (Jolyn) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her sister Colleen (Barry) Root, and her parents Alma R Taylor, Jr and Elaine Taylor.
