**Obituary for Joanne Catledge** Joanne Catledge, née Robinson, was born on August 22, 1935, in Lake City, Florida. She passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, in Winter Haven, Florida. Joanne lived a life characterized by kindness, generosity, and consideration for others, which endeared her to all who knew her. A proud graduate of Columbia High School in Lake City, Joanne completed her education in 1953 before embarking on a fulfilling career. After years of dedicated service, she retired from her position with the City of Winter Haven in 2014, leaving behind fond memories of her unwavering commitment and work ethic. Joanne had a passion for nature and was an active participant in her local garden club, where she shared her love for tending to plants with fellow enthusiasts. Traveling and socializing with friends and family were also cherished activities, revealing her warm and vibrant spirit. Joanne is survived by her beloved daughter, Lori Balinsky, and son-in-law, Martin Balinsky, who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her dear brother, Rema Smith, and sister, Evelyn Witt Smith. She was preceded in death by three husbands: Aubrey Lee Parham, George Catledge, and Marvin Zalewski. Joanne Catledge leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a deep connection to her family and community. Her spirit will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know her. There will be a celebration of life for Joanne on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, from 4-6 pm, at the Cypresswood Clubhouse in Winter Haven.
