Patricia A. “Patsy” Carlson of Venice, Florida passed away on November 13, 2025 at the age of 91. She was born in Aliquippa, Pa on November 24, 1933 and moved to Venice in 1995 from Moon Township, PA. Patsy was a graduate of Moon Senior High School. Patsy was deeply committed to her catholic faith and her Irish heritage. She loved spending time with her family in large and small gatherings and was especially proud of her grandchildren. She and Allan were married for 68 years, and she was dedicated to her family in every way.
Patsy is also survived by her son, Christopher (Stacey) Carlson of Venice; a daughter, Beth (Jack) Carlson Cord of Palm Harbor, Florida; three granddaughters, Molly Cord, Meghan Cord, Abigail Carlson and a grandson, Matthew (Melissa) Carlson. She was preceded in death by her seven siblings, Bernadette Keefer, William “Tim” Tierney, Katherine Hallisey, Joan Smith, Bernard “Bud” Tierney, James Tierney and Eileen Cernasky.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Epiphany Cathedral in Venice on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00A.M. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Liana of Venice, Memory Support Community, 2321 E. Venice Avenue, Venice, Florida 34292.
