William Donald Rambo, born July 14, 1949, in Greenport, New York, passed away on November 28, 2025. He spent the last 21 years in Port Charlotte, Florida.

 

William worked as a mechanic and truck driver and enjoyed NASCAR, motorcycles, and the camaraderie of American Legion Post 110 and VFW Post 5690. He married Donna Joan Pantaleo Johnson on November 30, 2005, in Riverhead, New York, and together they shared a beautiful life.

 

William is survived by his wife, Donna; his daughter, Michele Berrios; and his grandchildren, Jayden and Aubrey Berrios. He is also survived by his sisters, Linda Rambo and Cynthia English, and his brothers, Harry, Jamie, Scott, and Robert Rambo. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Alice Rambo, his sister Darla Kujawski, and his brother Keith Rambo.

 

Visitation will be held December 3, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Charlotte Memorial. A service will be held December 4, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Charlotte Memorial Chapel.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice – Port Charlotte.
