Ms. Susan Atchison Green, age 62, a resident of Auburndale, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 29, 2025, surrounded by family. Ms. Green was born July 26, 1963, in Winter Haven, Florida to Larry Joe and Lynda Carole (Waldrup) Atchison. She was a lifetime Polk County resident, graduated from Winter Haven High School, was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven and a Title Insurance Agent for Executive Title in Winter Haven. Susan was a member of the Winter Haven Board of Realtors, member of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce and a past president of the Auburndale Rotary Club. She enjoyed going to the beach, spending time with her family but most of all loved being a Gigi to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; husband – Randy Green and nephew – Zachary Atchison. Susan is survived by her loving & devoted family, her daughter – Ashley (Jeff) Wright; 4 grandchildren – Luke, Mali, Dane & Cole; mother & father – Carole and Ed Holt; 2 brothers – Larry Joe (Bobbi) Atchison & Todd Michael (Connie) Atchison; 2 sisters – Debbie Warner & Kim Burgoon; 3 nephews – Evan, Trevor & Caleb and niece – Joely. A memorial service will be 11am Friday, December 5th at Kersey Funeral Home with a gathering beginning at 10.
