Ms. Almor Marie Bailey, age 90, a resident of Polk City, Florida, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025, at her home with family. Ms. Bailey was born September 19, 1935, in Centerville, Tennessee to Ross and Annie (Stone) Anderson. She was a longtime Polk County resident, of the Mormon faith and retired as a Sanitation worker for the Citrus Industry. Ms. Bailey enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Jimmy Ray Bailey; son – Jerome Peters; grandson – Milton Bailey; granddaughter – Marlene; great grandson – Cristian; brother – George Anderson; 4 sisters – Ruth Spahr, Martha Tyler, Aline Grimes & Jane Williams; niece – Janie. Ms. Bailey is survived by 2 daughters – Kathleen Woodman and Catherine “Gail” Thames; 8 grandchildren – Shannon, Heather, William, Thomas, Matthew, Jerome, Samantha & Christina; 17 great grandchildren – Dominick, Mia-prinsesa, Elijah, Josue, Reyna, Nayeli, Sergio, Abigail, Briana, Carli, Katelynn, Skyelea, London, Aeden, Adeline, Allison & Ella and many other extended family. An inurnment will be at a later date.
