Adan Perez Chavez's funeral services will be held at Legacy Rose Chapel on 1130 S. Horne, Mesa AZ 85204.

December 6th, 2025 from 9:00am - 1:00pm with public time beginning at 10:00am. This will be followed by a burial at 2:00pm the same day.
